Our unit is equipped with all world class state of the art machineries capable of manufacturing counts ranging from NE 30/2 to 132/2 to meet the perpetual need of the customers as well as to match the International best level of quality standards consistently.

We have devised and installed 100% fool proof special systems at all vulnerable stages to control major chronic faults viz. 3ply / 4 ply/ parallel yarn faults.

Details of machineries

1. Precision Propeller winding / assembly winding - PEAS  METTLER  make with  electronic length measuring system.

2. TFO machines – VEEJAY LAKSHMI make

3. SSM make imported from Swiss – yarn gassing machine with electronic length measurement system and importantly LP gas is supplied from a 10 metric ton storage tank to the LP gas burners to get uniform gas flame/pressure  ultimately for achieving best singeing effect consistently.

4. SSM make imported from Swiss - for making dye cone packages  with latest technological system so as to produce perfect dye packages to get uniform dyeing effect.

5. Cone winding machines RJK make with the latest yarn clearing system of micro- 2010 model of premier polytronics make with electronic length measuring system.

6. Importantly to maintain optimum relative humidity, all departments are equipped with one of the leading air control system ie. BATLIBOI humidification plants and a separate humidification control system for yarn gassing department.

7. Packing department is equipped with automatic palletizing machine – make PENGUIN which is capable of packing 1000 kg / pallet capacity.
